Campaign ride Sunday 16th April, Stoke Park Woods

The next Campaign ride takes place on Sunday 16th April; assemble from 9.45 am at the Lakeside cafe – it should be open, so if early you can have tea/coffee while waiting.

Route in brief:  Stoneham Lane, past Concorde Club, Flemming Park, Oakmount Ave, off -road to Otterbourne,

Kiln Lane, Bishopstoke Lane, Stoke Park Woods, cycle path alongside the Itchen to join the shared -use path to Eastleigh Stn, through Eastleigh on quiet rds, back to Lakeside.

Coffee and cake at Brambridge Gdn Centre.

Hybrid and mountain bikes best as some gravel tracks, but there are road alternatives.  No steep hills but Stoke Park Woods is like a roller coaster.  If you have never cycled in these woods before, please do come along.

Return approx 1 pm.
