Campaign ride to Upham, Sunday 17th July

The next Campaign ride will take place on  Sunday 17th July.  Assemble at Riverside Park, by Cobden Bridge, from 9.45 am for a prompt 10 am start.  Coffee stop at Arturi’s Gdn Centre, Allingham Lane.

Cycle lanes, off-road paths and quiet roads; fairly hilly.  Approximately 21 miles.

Route in brief: Riverside Park, Forest Hills Drive. Cutbush Lane, through Townhill Park to Ivy Lane, West End High Street, Chapel Rd, Moorgreen Rd, Burnetts Lane, Knowle Lane, Durley Rd, through Durley, Kytes Lane and Manor Rd to Durley St, Winters Hill, Ashton Lane and Cross Lane to Upham; Return via Alma Lane, Greenwood Lane, Durley Rd, Knowle Lane, Burnetts Lane, Fir Tree Lane, Allington Lane, Gaiters Hill, Riverside Park.

Anyone wishing to join at West End, we will be outside the library in Chapel Rd at 10.20 am.

All bikes suitable.  Weather predicted to be dry with some sunshine.
