Assemble from 9.45 am at the Ship Inn, Redbridge, for a prompt 10 am start.  Short steep hill at Eling, otherwise fairly flat.  Return by 1.30 pm.

Route in brief:  cycle paths to Eling, Eling Hill, Trotts Lane, Pooksgreen, Long Lane, Twiggs Lane, Beaulieu Road, forest cycle tracks to Lyndhurst, tarmac cycle path alongside Southampton Rd for approx 1 mile, forest cycle tracks through Lodgehill and Costicles Inclosures, Fletchwood Lane, Ashurst Bridge Rd, cycle paths and quiet roads through Totton back to Redbridge.
