Bikes to Bursledon campaign ride: 7th December 2014

The next Campaign ride is Bikes to Bursledon on 7th December.  This is an unusual route using quiet roads, bridleways, gravel tracks, cycle paths and country lanes.  At Bursledon we can either go north to Lowford for a coffee stop, or south to Hamble.

Return will be via the NCN route through Royal Victoria Country Park and Weston Shore.

Meet:  9.45 – 10 am, the car park behind the social club on Manor Farm Rd

Return between 1 and 1.30 pm

Route is approximately 18 miles, hilly in Bitterne Park and Bursledon,; middle section is fairly flat.  Hybrid or mountain bikes recommended.
