Proposal for the Second Avenue Cycle Route

Southampton City Council have produced a proposal for the cycle route at the western end of Second Avenue.  The “Armadillos” in Section A-A of the plan, can be seen in operation in Church Street – these were installed last week as part of the new cycle way.
