Campaign ride on Sunday

You are all welcome to join the Campaign ride on Sunday 10th November. Meet at the Hawthorns on Southampton Common between 9.45 and 10 am for a prompt 10 am departure. A new route of 17 miles around familiar territory, stopping for refreshments at Chilworth Manor. A mixture of quiet roads, country lanes and cycle paths. No uneven terrain or muddy tracks.

Suitable for all bikes and all abilities (except novice cyclists). Toothill and Misselbrook Lane are steep, otherwise fairly easy undulating terrain.

According to Daily Echo’s weather forecast for the next seven days, Sunday will be dry with a mix of sunshine and cloud.

No need to book, just turn up to join this easy paced friendly ride, returning to the Hawthorns between 1 and 1.30 pm.
