Description: This 12 mile ride is calming and peaceful from end to end. Heading out from the Andrews Park Peace Fountain, the route uses the recently opened Sustrans boardwalk running alongside the picturesque River Itchen, through Riverside park before entering Itchen Valley country park. Following traffic-free paths and roads the ride has plenty of interest along the way including the Peace Fountain, the Titanic Memorial, the Boardwalk, river wildlife, the park visitor centre and wind turbine.
