Volunteering
Become an Active Travel Champion and help us to promote cycling and walking in Southampton! Help to lead rides, organise events and activities, and help spread the word about cycling and about what we do.
Appearances
We attend events where we talk to people about how to get around Southampton by bike, give out reflective gear and other cycling equipment, and offer children and adults the opportunity to try out bikes!
We also offer support to community groups and workplaces who would like to promote cycling, and organise cycling events and activities. Got an idea? Contact us to discuss how we might be able to help!
Contact activetravelsouthampton@sustrans.org.uk or 02380 83 4219 for more information about any of the above. The activities are part of MyJourney, an initiative to increase sustainable travel and support local communities in Southampton. See www.myjourneysouthampton.com for more information.
