Description: ….9th Nov – concert by Pleasant Revolution on Tues Nov 9th at Central Baptist Church, Devonshire Rd, just off Bedford Place at 7.30. For those who don’t know them, they are 11 cycling musicians from the US who have just spent 5 months cycling round Europe playing Bicycle Music Festivals where they use their bikes to generate the power for the pa systems. They arrived on the Queen Mary 2 into Southampton. Possibly on Thurs 4th Nov they are coming by ferry (from Spain) to Portsmouth. They would then go to London later that day on Megatrain, then come back on the 9th to Southampton (and 6 stay at our house, 5 in another house), will be returning to the US on the Queen Mary 2 on Nov 10th.

Do come to the concert! They deserve a huge send off! The event is free but there will be CDs and merchandise to buy. They are great musicians as well as sustainable heroes! Hope to see you there.
