Location: Outside the right-hand set of steps to the entrance of the Quays Swimming Pool, Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1BA

Description: Ride duration: Approx. 1 hour (Plus a FREE refreshment stop of approx. 30 minutes)
Route: From the Quays, through the Central Parks to the Common, round the Common, stop for FREE refreshments at the Hawthorns Cafe, and return.
Pace: Leisurely.
Requirements: Participants must be confident cycling on short stretches of road, and wear non-baggy clothing, suitable to weather conditions.
No bike? Sustrans can offer a bicycle and helmet for FREE hire, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange this.
