Winter Ride

Southampton Cycling Campaign has started a programme of rides, monthly during the winter, more frequently in the spring and summer. All rides set off at 10 am on Sundays and return by 1 pm. Start venues will vary – all details will be on the website.

The rides are for enjoyment and health and will always include a coffee stop and frequently will stop at a place of interest. The rides will be between 10 and 20 miles and suitable for most abilities (under 16s with a parent). We will use quiet roads, off-road paths and bridleways as far as possible.

Please join us for our first ride to Bursledon Windmill and Hamble.

The rides are free for Campaign members; for non-members there will be a charge of £3 to cover insurance and admin costs.

Please note that there is a small entry charge for the windmill – £3 adults (£2 concessions).
